As a single mom I’ve never had the time or even understood how much I needed to heal. You single moms’ know what I mean, who has the time???? You cry, wipe tears, and move on. Plus, I’m a solo entrepreneur learning what it takes to run a small business. My skincare concierge services had me running around NYC, NJ and basically all the surrounding City streets with my skin fitness treatments, which by the way was so much fun and empowering. I discovered I had skin healing talent and it allowed me to be there for my daughter when she needed me without the guilt of leaving a business who required my time. Therefore, I was busy and I never really recovered from the ugliest narcissist relationships I had experienced. If anyone has ever experienced being with a narcissist, sociopathic partner, YOU KNOW! Your head is spinning in ways you never imagined!!! And in my case, for far too long. I’ve experienced so many personality disorders that had me question everything. Along the way I built up strong gated walls and although no one deserves to be mistreated I understood it came down to my self worth.
And so now, here I am. In my new environment where everything just stopped. Work, finding work, friends, new friends, I experienced another break up and my life slowed down. I’ve had zero distractions, knowing that everything happens for a reason and that there was no other better time than now to heal. To sit in solitude, to meditate, further explore my spiritual practice and Reiki, to regroup. As I began to do more Insightful Guidance (intuitive readings) and started to build clientele, my psychic abilities heightened, learning that so many of us have experienced narcissistic behaviors and don’t heal or know how to.
There are many positives when swimming in discomfort of your soul, but you have to allow yourself time and gentle patience for this work. Besides allowing is…gratitude. I am so grateful for this time and my understanding that the past experiences were necessary to learning how to truly love myself and others. I’ve become a better healer, understanding, forgiving and loving yourself is true healing. I look forward to this new growth and path, as long as I remain true to myself with a pure loving heart.
